- What a brilliant night! To be shortlisted was great, but to win the award in the company of such big national and international businesses is fantastic. We work very hard to ensure we can offer our employees an attractive rewards and benefits package, so to be recognised for this on a national level is a magnificent achievement.
Elaine Nisbet, Employee and Learning Resources Director, City Health Care Partnership CIC
- We were absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for Payroll Team of the Year as we had gone through a very challenging year. There are sixteen in the team and six attended the awards night and I can honestly say that I have never seen them smile so much when the announcement was made. The award is very special as it was voted for by our fellow professionals.
Christine Lawlor, Payroll Services Manager, FSC∙Payroll Services, Transport for London
- What a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow professionals and to share in the recognition of all the hard work by colleagues, competitors and HMRC during a momentous year. Winning an award was just the icing on the cake – providing valuable confirmation that we continue to help improve the status of payroll in organisations across the country, as well as having some fun along the way!
Hugo Fair, Director, Software for People Limited
- In the present climate it is really important that we are able to provide a good service to our employees and engage them with the key agendas through creative and relevant reward packages and initiatives. The award is really appreciated as a way of thanking the team for their efforts in making the ideas turn in to actions and proving that the area we work within is key to the organisation.
Ian Hodson, Reward And Benefits Manager, University of Lincoln
